1. Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.


2. Refunds

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

 

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned after the return window

  • Items without original packaging

 


4. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
